About Five Post Oak Park

Five Post Oak Park is one of Houston's most prominent architectural landmarks. Originally developed by The Winther Company, the property has unique architectural features with arched windows on the lower levels overlooking the park to the north and the facade is composed of horizontal travertine spandrels and alternating reflective vision glass glazed in aluminum.

The ground floor includes a popular restaurant and twin travertine staircases leading up to the second floor lobby. The second floor encompasses the main elevator lobby and skybridge connection to the adjacent parking garage.

Five Post Oak Park is located on 3.6 acres within the prestigious Galleria submarket, inside the West Loop (I-610). The property is an integral component of the 43 acre Post Oak Park Association. Land uses adjacent to the park include a wooded, landscaped common area park, upscale retail, luxury St. Regis Hotel, and proximate to affluent high density residential neighborhoods including River Oaks and Tanglewood.
